How does the 14- day trial work?
Your 14 day trials starts immediately after selecting a plan, and completing the signup process–no credit card required. You’ll also have the option to switch to a different plan at any time.
How do I switch or upgrade my plan?
Simply contact our support team or chat with us online explaining why you would like an extension.
Refunds
What if I don’t like the product?
We will send you a notification a week, and then 3 days before converting your plan to a paid account. You can cancel any time before that. If you fail to do so, please cancel at any time after your plan starts and we will cancel it in the next cycle.
Do you have a non-subscription plan where I can buy and own the software?

Yes! Startup and Non-profit pricing is based on the number of users and specific alert volume. For price matching, the buyout depends on the number of users, months in the contract and the features that you currently have. Contact our sales team to get a free quote.
